Can finally get some work done after everyone else goes home for the night.
But it still sucks.
And then the next night goes on and on... And your long planned for convention trip gets cancelled...
And it sucks a lot.
Music helps. A Little.

Bittersweet nothing. Astonishing how harsh "nothing" can be and how relieving when it's over.
Music is always there, regardless of how low I feel or excited I get.
Purchased tickets for my very first music festival, super pumped to look forward to that this summer. Feels like I'm showing commitment to music as a passion. Can't wait. Here are some songs that caught my ear recently...
New Ceremony - Dry the River
Oblivion - Grimes
When I Was Young - Nada Surf
We will all be changed - Seryn
Serpants - Sharon Van Etten
Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings - Father John Misty
Say Goodbye - Norah Jones
Into Giants - Patrick Watson
I Lost You - A Place to Bury Strangers
Ekki Mukk - Sigur Ros
